Position Overview:
CuraScript SD a wholesale pharmaceutical distributor that provides customized business solutions and access to specialty drugs to community physicians, specialty pharmacies, and health systems; it is a wholly owned subsidiary of Express Scripts, Inc. - a Cigna Company.
CuraScript SD is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Candidate to join as a Software Engineering Sr. Manager.
As a Sr. Manager you will support and lead a team of Software Engineers. You will be leading and mentoring Engineers to maintain delivery objectives, timelines and high standards. While the primary function of a Sr. Manager is to manage HIS/HER team and their performance, the Candidate will also need to mentor each member of their team professionally with expanding their skillsets and career goals.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in supply chain and distribution management along with an understanding of the relationships between SAP S/4HANA cloud modules: OTC, FTM, EWM, PTP, LTO SAC, EWM, IBP, Commerce, BTP, and Integration Suite.
Responsibilities:
Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions
In joining our technology team, you'll work with our Business Partners and Business Analysts to transform their organization's architecture and technical landscape by leveraging SAP and leading cloud technologies to support core transaction processing and reporting competencies ultimately strengthening their ability to support management decision making and corporate strategy
As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. This will include SDLC and Project Management strategy like waterfall, Kanban/Agile and Change Management

Skills:
Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs:
Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and a proven record of success as a SAP Development Manager with a minimum of 3 end to end SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects preferably one with S4 HANA cloud edition;
Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and a proven record of success with SAP HANA Technical Concept and Architecture, SAP Cloud Platform for Extensions, Data Modeling using HANA Studio, ABAP Development Tools (ADT), Code Performance Rules and Guidelines for SAP HANA, ADBC, Native SQL, ABAP Core data Services and OData Services;
Demonstrates an extensive-level of ability with ABAP interface development protocols such as RFC, BAPI, IDOC, ABAP Proxy and knowledge on Restful ABAP programming models;
Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and a proven record of success in Custom Code Migration and Adaptation process in SAP S/4HANA (knowledge on S/4 HANA Readiness checks and usage of migration tools);
Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and a proven record of success in leading development teams in development activities, connectivity activities across multiple SAP platforms (S/4, SAC, CPI, CIG) and Technology guidelines;
Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and a proven record of success abilities and as a team leader, leading mid-large sized teams: creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members; providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues;
Demonstrates clear understanding of the SDLC lifecycle and SAP Solution Manger for application lifecycle management
Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and a proven record of success with managing the reinvesting in SAP Tech Practice development efforts by building eminence around SAP Solutions and Offerings;
Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and a proven record of success with mentoring junior staff members;
Demonstrates intimate-level abilities to reinvest development solutions and offering with SAP competency
Demonstrates extensive abilities with Middleware tools (PO/PI, Cloud Integration, API Management, SAP Gateway)
Demonstrates extensive abilities with FIORI and reporting tools like Analysis for office will be an added advantage
Demonstrates extensive abilities with Mobile Development Kit
Overall Experience:
8+ years professional work experience in technology industry
Multiple SAP Implementations
Managed development in life Sciences and/or Distribution
Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computers, Information Technology, or related field or the equivalence of education and experience
Good understanding of ASAP/Activate methodology
