**What youll achieve**
TechOps is a new organization within Dell Technologies which mission is to provide world-class services that support a modern approach to product development across multiple Dell organizations and enable product teams to innovate faster and provide exceptional customer experience. As a Software Senior Principal Engineer in Tech Ops, you will take a crucial responsibility for developing software delivery processes and tools. You will enable engineering teams to create Dell products and maximize their productivity.
**You will:**
+ Develop services that will bring Dell product teams to a new level of productivity and quality, from specifications to production
+ Collaborate with team members and customers across the globe
+ Take design from concept to production, which may include design reviews, feature implementation, debugging and testing using standard software lifecycle methodologies

**Essential Requirements**
+ 8+ years of software development, designing and building applications using microservices and message queues(pub-sub), preferably Kafka
+ Solid Python application development, Web Development using Frameworks like Django, Flask. with Junit and Pytest or similar libraries and framework.
+ Experience working in an agile, multidisciplinary in a geo-distributed team
+ Bachelors or masters degree in in STEM with computer science or related field
**Desirable Requirements**
+ Excellent communication, documentation, and presentational skills Preferably in English.
