Citibank, N.A. seeks a Specialized Analytics Lead Analyst for its Wilmington, DE location.
Duties: Perform analytics for the Credit Card business. Use statistical techniques including linear and logistics regressions, Time Series, Experimental Design, and Cluster and Stratified Sampling for financial impact forecasting and customer behavior forecasting. Perform SAS and SQL programming. Contribute to initiatives on Credit Card Pricing strategies and their impact on customer experience, revenue growth and expense reduction. Articulate data driven insights to business partners and leaders, obtain organizational buy-in, and work across teams for efficient implementation. Ensure robust quantity control in the analytical processes. Develop robust impact forecasting (both financial impact and customer behavior) from a change in process/program and track impact over time to understand the pricing dynamics. Perform Profit & Loss (P&L) analyses with advanced analytical and statistical skills to design tests and optimize strategies. Understand regulatory implications and develop mitigation/opportunity strategies based on Regulatory Card Act and regulations.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelors degree (3 or 4 year) or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance or related field and 4 years of experience as Risk Manager, Assistant Manager, Analyst or related position involving analytics for the Credit Card business. 4 years of experience must include: Financial impact forecasting; Customer behavior forecasting; Profit & Loss analysis; SAS and SQL programming; Statistical techniques including linear and logistics regressions, Time Series, Experimental Design, and Cluster and Stratified Sampling; and Regulatory Card Act compliance and requirements.
