**Job Description:**
Global Recovery & Resolution Planning Sr. Business Continuity Manager responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Manage/Update multiple Ops chapters for BACs Federal Reserves 165(d) Plan
Manage/Update multiple Ops chapters for BANAs FDICs CIDI Plan
Manage/Update RRP (Recovery & Resolution Planning) GB Operations Playbook
Update Ops chapter in Global Markets Solvent Wind-Down Playbook
Support RRP Financial Forecasting for Global Ops for FDIC
Support/Update enterprise Critical Operations Determination for Fed, FDIC
Manage/Support Service Criticality Designation
Coordinate approvals on above deliverables from multiple senior executives
Facilitate calls with GBO/GMO SMEs during the RRP cycle ensure deliverables are completed on time with appropriate approval
IA (Inter-Affiliate) Services:
Manage/Map SEM (Service Enabler Mapping) for Fed, FDIC
Manage SEMs PSP (Preferred Service Provider) exception approval process for Fed, FDIC
Manage SPI to Critical Services Alignment Global Ops process
Manage Outsourcing Register Global Ops Service Executive attestation process
Manage PPRA (Plan Phase Risk Assessment) Global Ops Service Executive approval process
Manage/Update annual Service Pricing Alignment

Enterprise Role Overview:
Leads team of Managers, Senior Consultants or Consultants. Provides leadership to business continuity / disaster recovery programs as well as expert level consulting to clients on business continuity topics. May surface issues affecting corporate recoverability across organizational boundaries and influence appropriate risk decisions. Serves as a spokesperson with other technology or business groups and as a primary contact with key Line of Business executives. Exercises independent judgment in directing staff to achieve results. Demonstrates broad and deep business and/or technical acumen to recommend and implement solutions that protect the bank's assets. Provides business continuity subject matter consulting support in audit and regulatory matters, as needed. Is clearly recognized as a subject matter expert by peers. A more senior associate may have the following additional responsibilities: Facilitates cross-functional activities, initiatives, and discussion groups to ensure end to end recoverability. Ensures collaboration and partnership with all domestic and regional partners. Provides strategic input to the Enterprise Business Continuity Executive to shape the business continuity / disaster recovery strategic direction and to improve the corporate business continuity program.

**Jersey City pay range:**
$116,300 - $150,200
annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
