**Job Summary**
Disney Streamings Media Distribution team is looking for a talented Sr. Business and Capacity Analyst to support the growing content delivery technology team. The Media Distribution Technology team is responsible for the spend, support, and management of multiple vendors and multiple routes to market.
As a Business and Capacity Analyst within the Media Distribution organization you will be responsible for collecting, collating, and presenting data related to vendor management and business plans in support of distribution for Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and others.
**Responsibilities**
+ Partnering with internal business units including operations, finance, research, technology and engineering to effectively manage expansion of our CDN footprint
+ Leading and creating a best in class network with appropriate metrics to continually improve CDN operation
+ Creating reports and process improvement initiatives to improve air and ground operations
+ Working within time constraints to meet business critical needs (often managing multiple, time-sensitive and high priority initiatives simultaneously), while measuring and identifying activities performed and ensuring service requirements are met
+ Able to systematically escalate problems or variances in the operating plan to the relevant owners and teams, following through to resolution to ensure they are delivered
+ Navigating through ambiguity, managing and coordinating multiple project assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, accepting ownership and accountability of the process and delivering on commitments
+ Communicating effectively with both external (Service Providers, Carriers, Vendors) and internal (Finance, Technology, Operations) customers
+ Communicating goals, roles, responsibilities and desired outcomes to cross-functional project teams to gain buy-in and delivery to project schedules
**Basic Qualifications**
+ At minimum 5 years of experience working with Cloud, Content Distribution Networks (CDN), and Online Direct to Consumer business planning
+ Experience working in Finance (FinOps), Accounting or Economics
+ Extensive project management experience with the ability to organize, find solutions and follow through to the successful conclusion of a project.
+ Must be highly proficient in written and oral communications and be able to produce concise, relevant, strategically driven documents and presentations to leaders
+ Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes
+ BA/BS in Computer Science, Finance (FinOps), Economics, or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
**Additional Information:**
Please note, this role is open to remote location through the continental U.S.
_The pay range for this position in Colorado is $86,182 to $115,610 per year, however, base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered._
