Emerging Merchant Businesses is a new team dedicated to discovering and accelerating high-growth opportunities at Capital One. As the Product Manager on the Apollo team in Emerging Merchant Businesses, you are a part of a team that develops the core technology which drives our industry-leading understanding of the U.S. business landscape, generating valuable business insight from many disparate sources. The Apollo team is building technology that allows us to acquire, understand, and make inferences on large, disparate business data sets. This requires you to apply your strategic and analytical skills to discern the needs of enterprise stakeholders, define product requirements, create and prioritize features, and establish a roadmap and strategy for the products future growth. In addition, you'll lead established Engineer teams and work with data scientists, business analysts, system architects, brand leadership and external vendors in this high profile role. You will also be directly managing a team of product owners and handling their growth and development.

**What youll do:**
+ Lead multiple teams of software and data engineers to design and deliver data platform features for internal users
+ Understand the enterprise data requirements and ensure the systems compliance with enterprise patterns
+ Relentlessly push to understand user and stakeholder needs and ensure they are considered in prioritization and trade-off discussions
+ Create a vision and roadmap for your product that addresses stakeholder needs
+ Partner with analysts, data scientists, designers, engineers, and others to continuously refine the roadmap and harvest insights from experiments and product launches
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders that depend on the capabilities and performance of our platforms
+ Define, socialize, and monitor key performance indicators to understand the evolution and success of the project

**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelors Degree or military experience
+ At least 5 years of experience in digital product management or at least 5 years of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
**Preferred** **Qualifications:**
+ Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
+ MBA or Masters degree
+ 3+ years of experience in Agile product management
