The SRE Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Support Sr. Analyst


is an intermediate level role responsible for assisting Bluedata management, and support for Dataiku, Driverless AI, Anaconda, Rstudio and DataRobot. He also was a key component to testing new AIML Services environment and deploying new applications for end users


**Responsibilities:**


+ SRE AIML Analyst will be responsible for administering, supporting, governing and maintaining multiple AIML environments across regions.

+ Have a basic understanding of Big Data ecosystem and the entire product suite like Hive, Spark, Impala, Yarn, Sentry etc., administration policies, techniques and methodologies.

+ Must have a thorough understanding of AIML applications such as: Dataiku, Bluedata, DataRobot, H2O Driverless AI, Rstudio, Anaconda

+ Having a background in machine learning and modeling is a plus

+ Provide technical assistance to application and business teams to solve complex problems, maintain system infrastructure requirements, enhance and configure system integrations, and ensure on-time delivery of solutions.

+ Prior experience with project management is preferred.

+ Maintaining AIML Services health is a high priority.

+ Taking care of EOVS, Patching, Firmware upgrade, GEMS etc. on time for Bluedata servers

+ This is a multitasking role and the individual is expected to support multiple Application teams as well as a large and diverse Business user community.

+ Shell scripting, Ansible and automation background is a plus.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to build a portfolio of capabilities for recommendation and use in analytical product development across Citi lines of businesses.

+ As subject matter expert in AIML applications, provide L3/L4 support and guidance to respective applications.

+ Have strong negotiation, verbal and written communication skills.

+ Publish best practices, configuration recommendations, deployment and security architecture to internal customers.

+ Create project plans, perform impact analyses solve/work high impact problems/projects, and provide resolutions to restore services

+ Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post restoration of service

+ Capture the repetitive tasks and work with engineering team for an automation.

+ Provide technical/strategic direction and act as advisor/coach to other team members.

+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


**Qualifications:**


+ 8-10 years of experience in Infrastructure Technologies delivery with a proven track record of operational process change and improvement

+ Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience

+ Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams, and work under pressure or to a deadline

+ Experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferred

+ Effective written and verbal communication skills

+ Effective analytic/diagnostic skills

+ Prior experience in Linux

+ Prior experience in SNOW tool as we used SNOW

+ Ability to develop projects required for design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking activities and best practices


**Education:**


+ Bachelors/University degree, Masters degree preferred
