Chase is looking for an experienced, broad-minded Senior Lead Product Designer to provide creative and strategic design leadership within Digital Channels. Design is core to the transformation of product development at Chase, operating as a peer and partner with Product Owners, Engineering, and stakeholders within the business. Financial management tools should demonstrate the same care and craft as consumer software, designed with contemporary user- and human-centered practices.
This transformation requires research and design influence and contributions at the highest organizational levels. Working alongside our Managing Directors, the Sr Lead Product Designer leads the largest and most impactful initiatives within Digital Channels, utilizing a facilitative leadership style with senior design, research, product, and engineering leaders
Though without formal direct reports, Senior Lead Product Designers must be comfortable and capable of leading multi-disciplinary teams across the full range of design practice, from up-front research, insights, and strategy, though to ideation, prototyping, and testing, and to delivery of final designs. They don™t need to be expert at every step, but through their leadership and review, their teams execute at a high-level of quality.
Senior Lead Product Designers are expected to be strong partners with senior Product Owners and Engineer Leads, developing product and business strategy, which informs prioritization, planning, and decisions across multiple product teams.

Work in a fast-paced environment to create strategic design concepts for the visions along with hands-on creation to develop and enhance existing experiences through effective artifacts (from customer journeys and ecosystem maps to design prototypes, wireframes, and the deliverables of final visual design specs)
Advocate for Accessibility and Inclusive Design practices
Lead multiple, parallel teams in the design and re-design of end-to-end experiences across our Digital Channels offerings
