PAY RATE: $36.00 - $42.00/hr.
SHIFT/WORK HOURS: 8:00am - 5:00pm [Monday and Friday

POSITION SUMMARY
Visual Designer
Conceptualize and execute innovative, lead-generating marketing campaigns and collateral while working with the Creative Team and Marketing Managers. Assist in the development of marketing material across a variety of mediums, including Email, Social, Web, Motion Graphics, and Print. Take ownership to ensure all marketing collateral meets branding guidelines and timelines and provide direction to external resources when needed. Assist marketing team with other duties as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Design and production of lead-generating integrated marketing campaigns and other brand-related marketing collateral including new product launches and sales support tools.
+ Collaborate with other designers, Marketing Managers, and Product Managers to understand requirements, and provide creative, user-focused design solutions.
+ Responsible for completion of every step from concept through production and archive maintenance.
+ Be willing to work on a variety of levels of work ranging from campaign creation to production projects.
+ Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, web design, eblast design, web banners, marketing automation platforms and social media platforms.
+ Ensure that marketing materials are accurate and distributed on a timely basis.
+ Establish good working relationships with internal and external teams.
+ Communicating with internal clients and outside vendors.
+ Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
+ Minimum requirements 4+ years of related agency or in-house experience and portfolio of work demonstrating capabilities. Medical/Dental experience a plus.
Demonstrates a high understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, color theory and design principals
Solid background in designing for Email, Social, Web, and Print
Experience building files for final output/production in multiple formats (print/web/video)
Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, AfterEffects and InDesign)
