As Corporate Communications Analyst within Solebury, you will be based in New York City, New York.



Job Description



  • Supports senior members of the communications team on the development and execution of communications plans. Provides first drafts of a variety of internal and external communications. Conducts influencer outreach.

  • Plans, researches, and develops communications content.

  • Ensure clarity, accuracy, and strategic alignment of client plans and materials.

  • Conducts media outreach and monitoring. Collaborates on communication events, initiatives, or presentations.

  • Possesses attributes of creativity, flexibility, adaptability and resourcefulness. Has a solution-oriented mindset and thinks strategically.

Copywriting and Editing Knowledge of a variety of formats, styles, and techniques for publishing materials; ability to develop and review these materials to promote business related activities.

Effective Communications Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.



Influencing Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.



Media Channel Management Knowledge of different media channels (e.g. TV, radio, press, etc.); ability to evaluate and select the most preferable media outlets to ensure information is effectively delivered to target audiences.



Planning: Tactical, Strategic Ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.



Public Relations Knowledge of organizational practices and considerations for communicating in the public arena, from the community to global public relations (PR); the ability to communicate to various forms of media outlets effectively and establish favorable public relations.



Resource Management Plans, mobilizes and distributes resources to fulfill business objectives and plans.



Work Experience



Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
