Seeking a highly motivated hands-on Application Development Manager to join the Citi Global Wealth Investments Technology Team. The candidate will lead the application development of multiple key initiatives and integration with Aladdin platform. Person will work closely with other technology & business partners to build a cutting-edge investment technology platform.


**Responsibilities:**


+ Partner with business & technology stakeholders to align architecture with business strategy

+ Partner with business to create a roadmap for building strategic Investment Lab platform with streamlined Investment processes

+ Lead the integration with Blackrock Aladdin platform for Investments Lab & CIM teams

+ Guide and Mentor the development teams and individuals to deliver

+ Comply with Citi SDLC and Compliance standards

+ Collaborate with peers on leveraging the global data strategy and drive Citi Private bank-wide architecture initiatives for robust, scalable solutions

+ Provide technical direction and leadership


**Required Tech Qualifications:**


+ 10+ years of application development & architecture experience

+ Extensive experience in leading edge distributed message-based scalable architectures.

+ Expertise in one of more of the following technologies is required - Kafka/MQ, Gemfire/Redis/memcached, APIm, kubernetes, Docker, pySpark, Camunda

+ Experience in integrating with large external vendors / best-of-breed architecture

+ Experience or interest in Agile development

+ Innovative; challenge the status quo

+ Experience in architecture, design and implementation of large event based distributed apps

+ Balancing fast time to market (client delivery) with proper Governance, Compliance, and Audit mandates
