Who We Look For



+ Global Financial Crimes/Equity Aggregation/Compliance Portal (GFC/EA/CP) technology team within Risk and Finance Technology delivers solutions for the enhanced monitoring of suspicious activity across Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Economic Sanctions. The primary mission of the group is to design and implement a strategic AML monitoring and detection solutions to support AML and Fraud Investigations and regulatory reporting processes.

+ Enterprise Risk & Finance Technologys GFC/EA/CP technology team is looking for an Application Management Lead. Application Management aims to provide contemporary, value driven and end-to-end capability for transformation projects by building niche capability within the organization. This process is designed specifically for Process compliance, Risk reduction and adherence to enterprise policies



Responsibilities



+ Partner with Development Managers to manage and complete all activities associated with Application Governance (i.e., AIT Management), Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and other tasks

+ Reporting of metrics and summary to Senior Leadership and other stakeholders

+ Expectation is that above activities will be autonomously and repeatedly managed by the team once knowledge transfer of the process components is completed and a functional understanding of the application set is achieved

+ Strong project management, highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a preference for individuals who have at least 2 years experience as a developer or business analyst

+ Manage multiple applications, mitigating risk and complexity

+ Work proactively to manage application inventory

+ Support compliance & risk for applications, work on Audit findings and remediation plan

+ Identify, Escalate and Debate on the potential risk items related to Applications

+ Ability to apply a logical approach to problem solving

+ Strong prioritization, negotiation and problem resolution skills

+ High sense of urgency with ability to drive results

+ Proven ability to work across organizational boundaries and regions to achieve a common purpose

+ Knowledge of Global Markets desirable; Experience working in a large, global organization required

+ Change governance QA

+ Strong collaboration and relationship management skills



Required Skills and Experience we are Looking For:



+ Role will require strong project management, App Management, communication/collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

+ Experience Range: 7+ years of hands-on relevant experience; 4+ years of development/PM/BA

+ Perform inline QA for all Change Requests (Material and Non-Material)

+ Change Releases & Change Coordinators on the Process

+ Strong knowledge on SDLC of an application

+ Good listening and Clear Communication skills; Collaboration and building contacts with various stakeholders

+ Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving and think innovatively

+ Knowledge of Agile Development Methodology

+ Key Applications skills required include PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, MS-Project, SharePoint

+ Solid knowledge and experience in Informatica, Oracle, Unix Scripting, Java, Autosys, Message Queue, etc would be an advantage.



Desired Skills and Experience we are Looking For:



+ Individuals with prior experience (3+ years) as a business analyst or developer strongly preferred ideally within the financial industry.

+ Banking knowledge would be a big advantage

**Jersey City pay range:**



$98,000 - $153,200

annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.



**Discretionary incentive eligible**



This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
