**Position Summary** **:**
+ Provide overall direction, leadership, coordination and management for Live Well at Citi Global Health and Wellness Strategy and Live Well at Citi Health Services
+ Oversee/partner with regional medical/health and wellness leadership to align and execute Global Health and Wellness Strategy and goals
+ Oversee the operation of all US medical clinics and health promotion programs
+ Nursing Director reports to Assistant Medical Director
+ Provide subject matter expertise for US regulatory issues related to infectious disease, pandemic etc.
+ Serve as fully responsible back-up of Global Medical Director across all duties and functions
**Global Responsibilities**
**Live Well at Citi Global Health and Wellness Strategy**
+ Design and oversee Live Well at Citi global health promotion initiatives and campaigns that align with the Live Well at Citi Global Strategy (e.g. Mental Health Awareness, Heart Health Awareness Campaign, Global Fitness Challenge)
+ Provide subject matter expertise to regional health and wellness leaders on designing/implementing health and wellness strategies/initiatives that align with the global strategy and meet the needs/legal requirements of their countries by utilization/implementation of health resources such as local, on-site medical clinics and clinical providers
+ Engage senior business leadership globally in supporting and promoting Live Well at Citis global health strategy and programs
+ Partner with CCOs and provide ongoing communication regarding Live Well at Citi global initiatives
+ Present at CCO forum re: health strategy priorities and ongoing initiatives
+ Provide opportunity for health screening and wellness activities at CCO form
+ Create and promote integrative program opportunities with global events management, dining, fitness, benefits, and diversity
**Live Well at Citi Global Health Services**
+ Partner with regional health directors (future state) on providing high quality, appropriate medical services
+ Partner to manage and provide medical guidance for communicable disease concerns and outbreaks
Provide medical care, expertise, guidance to Citi senior leadership
+ Ensure that appropriate Citi specific medical guidance re: health/medical risk is provided to travelers at time of booking
+ Manage and oversee International SOS (ISOS), Citis, global emergency medical vendor, to provide 24 hour/day worldwide medical access and assistance for expatriate staff and international business travelers
+ Manage international medical care, emergency evacuations and repatriations and serve as key medical consultative resource for all employees and senior executives worldwide
+ Manage Corporate Aviation Program including providing in-flight medical emergency support for all Citigroup jets, provision of mandated drug screen testing
+ Provide medical/health subject matter expertise to Global Crisis Management Committee and Global Pandemic Preparedness Taskforce including developing relevant medical educational materials for pandemic website, and ongoing communications
+ Participate in COB/Disaster Recovery Programs
**US Responsibilities**
**Live Well at Citi US Health Promotion**
+ Oversee/manage US Health Promotion team
+ Oversee relationships with industry non-profits like the American Heart Association for initiatives like the Wall Street Run Walk, and the American Cancer Society, Red Cross, and World Heart Federation.
+ Oversee creation of new US screenings and targeted intervention programs based on benefits claims data and identified risk factors.
+ Oversee preventative health programs including flu, covid booster vaccinations, biometrics, skin cancer, breast cancer, hearing etc.
+ Oversee/partner with Nurse Director to align clinic communications, health promotion initiatives with overall health promotion strategy and goals
**Direct Operations of Live Well at Citi Medical Clinics:**
+ Manages Nursing Director who manages on-site medical clinic vendor including
+ Monitoring and managing medical clinics performance to ensure provision of high quality, cost effective medical services
+ Ensuring compliance with government mandates and regulatory requirements related to employee health clinics
+ Vendor responsibility
+ Quarterly meeting with vendor medical director
+ Work with onsite vendor medical director on medical clinic operations
+ Manage Project Manager for Live Well at Citi Health Services
+ Responsible for external relationships with local boards of health
+ Responsible for developing and managing relationships with centers of excellence for facilitated access for Citi employees
+ Responsible for ensuring compliance with government mandates and regulatory requirements related to employee health clinics
+ Responsible for medical guidance to CRS, HR, ELU related to management and response to communicable disease and environmental issues
+ Provide medical expertise to HR, ER, ELU re: medical accommodations that are escalated by Metlife (vendor responsible for reviewing/responding to accommodation requests)
+ Provide subject matter expertise on ADA compliance/accommodation to EEOC, Diversity, Compliance
+ Provide HR and managers with medical review and consultation for potential fitness to work evaluations
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
+ Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Occupational Medicine
+ Certification in Basic and Life Support
+ 10-15 years of medical experience
+ 5 years of corporate medical experience
+ Strong computer and vendor management skills
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Strong interpersonal skills
