Consumer Products Strategy Analyst III

**Job Description:**
Responsible for conducting analysis on complex pricing, disclosure and process breaks affecting Small Business Deposit and/or Small Business Credit Card Products. Extract account information from various data stores via SAS/SQL queries to analyze root cause, create and test corrective action, build batch data files for remediation and prepare mail files for customer communication. Must maintain subject matter expertise for platform functionality (including technical), product rules and regulations. Candidate will work with management and support partners (Compliance, OpRisk, Legal, LOB) to determine remediation steps and execute corrective action. The role will require interaction with product, analytics, marketing, credit strategies and other partners, as well as individual work developing reporting and performing analytic exercises. The outflow of this work will regularly be used by senior leadership to provide insights into product performance and help guide strategic decisions. A strong blend of both analytic expertise and business acumen with an ability to fully develop reporting and respond to analytic questions from data development through final reporting and presentation is key for this role. Additional key functions involve owning asset quality monitoring, identifying business trends based on economic and portfolio conditions, and executing strategic enhancements.
Required Skills:
3+ years strategic analysis experience preferred
Small Business Card and/or Deposit product knowledge
Advanced knowledge of SAS

Experience with Microsoft tools including Access, Excel, Project, VB
Ability to analyze data to drive differentiated performance

Proven history of applying to critical thinking to drive change
Desired Skills:
Working knowledge of Python, Teradata, HADOOP, SQL Server

Familiarity with Small Business card and/or deposit products
