Job Description
The Director of Liquidity Solutions Data Transformation is responsible for driving requirements and execution for regulatory and executive reporting data execution change. The Director will also play a key role in representing the Liquidity Solutions organization for data conversion activities as well as coordination for any new product offerings. The Director will be the primary business leader managing new products, BAU remediation, and strategic transformation.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Provides overall data leadership, guidance, and execution for all Regulatory Reporting as well as Executive Reporting Data Management.
Drives ERP conversion data strategy including building the proper target architecture adhering to the Enterprise Data Office product segmentation: foundational, aggregated, and integrated data products.
Establish aggregated data product domain for Liquidity Solutions supporting all strategic and BAU Liquidity transformation and analytics.
Collaborate with the Enterprise Data Office, Regulatory Reporting, Division Data Officers, IT, and Lines of Businesses to ensure execution of Liquidity Solution Data Strategy

Must have demonstrated leadership ability, Regulatory Reporting business acumen, and data industry knowledge
Proven ability to build and lead integrated teams from various internal and external organizations across multiple sites
Ability to achieve broadly communicated objectives with a minimal amount of supervision

Ability to make decisions independently and to assume higher-level leadership responsibilities in critical situations
Strong analytical and financial skills
Ability to innovate under new and/or changing conditions
Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels
Over ten years of data management and/or governance leadership experience including transformation initiatives at largeor complex firms OR equivalent management experience
Deep experience with enterprise data management and governance initiatives
Deep experience with Regulatory Reporting for a Large Financial Institution
Experience with Collibra preferred
Bachelor's degree in business or technology; master's preferred
