Title: Events and Marketing Programs Manager

Overview:
Sapiens is looking for an event marketing program manager to spearhead all event related marketing activities for the company in the US. This role will support the growth and profitability of key regional market segments in line with the business objectives. This person will increase promote Sapiens' brand, increase market awareness, and drive new business through industry tradeshows, executive conferences, and webinars. S/he will work closely with the marketing managers and the sales team to develop the appropriate messaging, content, thought leadership and campaigns to promote our presence. The position requires a deep understanding of event marketing, content marketing, and preferably of the insurance market in the US. S/he is expected to serve as a focal point for all event marketing activities at a regional level & develop robust knowledge of all product lines/services.
Responsibilities:
Define a calendar of industry tradeshows, webinars, and podcasts we like to attend and manage them from contract negotiation through execution
End-to-end event planning and management, while aligning with sales, business units and regional marketing leads
Lead planning and execution of annual customer summit including theme, agenda, keynote speaker procurement, session content management, registration management, and entertainment
Develop all content, themes, and messaging to support event including agendas, presentations, signage, collateral, social media, campaign and thought leadership assets as required
Ensure flawless execution of conferences, events, tradeshows, webinars, and other digital and physical demand generation activities
Manage and maintain the assigned budget for these activities
Develop, manage, and track event project timelines and related tasks, track measure and report on results
Develop and communicate event best practices and playbooks
Source, develop and maintain solid relationships with exhibitors/sponsors/vendors
Manage all related logistics, such as site selection, transportation, hotel accommodations, agenda, food & beverage
Negotiate with various vendors and align legal, procurement and marketing
Requirements:
5+ years of proven experience in event management and event content development
Experience negotiating & contracting with vendors
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Experience with Salesforce and Marketo tools
Effective in providing exceptional customer service
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
Strong time management skills and ability to manage concurrent tasks efficiently
Innovative and resourceful
