The Credit Assistance technology team is on a quest to modernize the technology stack that our business uses to help our clients get back on their feet. We are investing significantly in technology to simplify the current landscape, automate complex business processes & digitizing our customers experience through innovation and creative problem solving.
As part of this journey, we need a dynamic, strategic, Feature Lead with a deep understanding of Angular who will play an instrumental role in defining and executing against a comprehensive strategy and a multi-generational roadmap. The role must be comfortable interacting with and influencing people at all levels across the organization. All candidates must be comfortable working in the "grey" and enjoy "digging in" to drive clarity on the problems we wish to solve.
**Responsibilities**
**Building the Solution Right**
+ Work with senior leaders to design, develop and be accountable for front-end (Angular/.Net) functionality
+ Apply enterprise standards for solution design, coding, quality, and agile methodology
+ Ensure solution meets product acceptance criteria with minimal technical debt
**Team Mentorship**
+ Play a leadership role as a Feature Lead (and individual contributor) to mentor the team
+ Guide team members with skills and practices (planning & estimation, peer reviews and other engineering practices)

+ Capable of clear and concise communication with customers, clients and other non-technical/ Business team.
