We are looking for a talented Senior HR Technologies Analyst to join our OneSourceteam, to support Cummins Corporate based out ofNashville, TN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Lead human resource management systems activities, serving as the functional application expert for one or more technologies.
Manage the configuration of human resource applications for enterprise, or region-specific requirements in alignment with company design and application standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders on the design of new and changing technology enabled business processes and evaluates the end-to-end impact.
Maintain functional system documentation for assigned technologies and/or regions including change documentation.
Deliver proper documentation of system business flows, technical and functional documentation, as well as end user instructional resources.
Audit data to identify patterns or issues and act proactively on identified opportunity areas and issues
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
College, university, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines is required.
Minimum of three years recent & relevant in experience in working with HR Information Systems
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM cloud, with experience in Talent Management Module and upgrading Oracle EBS to HCM cloud desirable
Demonstrated proficiency in HR processes
