Citibank, N.A. seeks an Information Security Technical Lead Analyst for its New York, New York location.
Duties: Responsible for the technical security testing across the global Citi enterprise in accordance with the policies and programs established by the Global Information Security organization. Perform security testing on applications and infrastructure. Static analysis assessments, source code review, application and network penetration testing. Work with Global Information Security partners as a technical subject matter expert. Provide source code review services through a comprehensive testing process, as well as identify weaknesses and vulnerabilities within the system and propose and implement countermeasures as needed. Integrate security tools with build environments to ensure iterative scanning during the Secure-SDLC. Validate automated testing results and prioritize them based on overall risk, as well as verify findings as needed with the application development team. Perform application scanning using binaries, manual source code review for security vulnerabilities, and write formal security assessment reports for each application.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, Systems Analyst, Systems Engineer, Information Security Analyst or related position developing IT security measures within a global financial services institution. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master degree in the stated fields and 2 years of the specified experience. Full span of required experience must include Java, Python, Mobile application development; Cloud Computing concepts and Dev ops tools including AWS, Google, and Azure; and CICD tools including bitbucket and Jenkins in agile methodology. Additionally, 1 year of experience must include Static Application Security Testing, Penetration Testing; and Security testing tools (Checkmarx, Burp Suite).
