Required License/Registration/Certification None Physical Requirements Sitting for extended periods of time at a workstation, walking to/from meetings Shift Monday – Friday 8am-5pm with some potential for evening or weekend work on special projects Job Summary The Senior Instructional Designer manages instructional design work flow and priorities for the UKOnline unit; supervises personnel; and oversees work assignments and project deliverables. The ideal candidate has both instructional design and teaching experience as well as familiarity with quality assurance processes. This position provides unit expertise in effective use of instructional design and development, technologies, and pedagogies using synchronous and asynchronous online tools to deliver content.
