Job Description
Mission Technologies a division of Huntington Ingalls Industries is looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of a training Scenario Developer and Analyst for Stallion SIGINT/IO Scenario Generation Tool and SI Portable Embarkable Kit (SI-PEK) systems in support of Fleet Shipboard Signals Exploitation Space (SSES) training. This work will be accomplished at the Information Warfare Training Group (IWTG) Norfolk, VA.
Description of General Duties:
Support IWTG with the testing, maintenance, preparation, and readiness of the SI-PEK
Provide SI-PEK Train the Trainer (TTT) to IWTG Instructors as required
Develop, script and deliver SI-PEK scenario training to support IWTG Norfolk OFRP Basic Phase training requirements to include CSAR at the TS/SCI level
Develop, script, and deliver SI-PEK scenario training in support of USFF FST events as required
Support testing, integration, execution of STS scenarios and hardware in NCTE and NIWDC LOEs and LVC training framework as required

Assist Information Warfare Training Command (IWTC) Norfolk in the execution of Stallion and SI_PEK training venues (i.e., SSEE INC E/F Operator Training, AIWTT, SETT, and FATT) as required by CIWT
Execute FDNF Rota SSES Team Training, ASAT and ACAT Mobile Training Teams as required by DESRON 60, NAVIFOR, and CIWT
Position requires flexibility to work occasional non-standard work hours and work weeks of more than 40 hours to meet business, customer, and contractual requirements. Additionally, position requires flexibility as duties and responsibilities may be adjusted to meet business, customer, and contractual requirements.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Analyzes and provides recommendations on issues dealing with disciplines such as military command control and communications, electronic warfare, weapon systems, contingency operations, Military Tactics Techniques and Procedures (MTTP), force planning, and training exercises. Coordinates with user community representatives throughout all phases of development concerning requirements definition, clarification, prioritization, and alternatives. Analyzes the conduct and results of operational user training, military maneuvers or simulated wartime operations undertaken to main the capabilities of a force. Compares, analyzes and evaluates the relative merits of program designs and alternatives. Applies emerging doctrine and tactics, whether detailed in formal doctrinal changes or emanating from Advanced Warfighting Experiments (AWEs), Advanced Technology Demonstrations (ATDs), or Force XXI activities, to system design and development. Assesses the impact of programmatic and technical options on stated user requirements and doctrine. Prepares reports and briefs summarizing support requirements, deficiencies, and investments for various programs and systems.
Minimum Qualifications
+ 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field OR
+ 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field OR
+ 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field OR
+ High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience
+ Must possess and maintain an active TS/SCI clearance
+ One (1) afloat operational tour serving with an afloat SSES team
+ Knowledge of National and Fleet-level cryptologic tasking processes
+ Knowledge of current National and U.S. Navy tactical SIGINT operations
+ Knowledge of U.S. Navy cryptologic training organizations
+ Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
+ Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
+ Maturity, emotional intelligence, professional bearing, and the ability to effectively teach and convey complex information
+ Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. citizens
Preferred Requirements
Former U.S. Navy Cryptologic Collection Technician
U.S. Navy Master Training Specialist certification
U.S. Navy NECs 9147 (Signals Analyst), 9506 (Curriculum Development), 9502 (Instructor)
Detailed knowledge and experience working the Stallion Fleet synthetic training system
Demonstrated experience and understanding of Radio Frequency (RF) operations, to include HF/VHF/UHF Electronic Support (ES), Electronic Attack (EA) operations, Fleet RF systems and waveform propagation fundamentals
Physical Requirements
May be required to travel to support other Training Range locations worldwide
Must be able to travel worldwide and embark U.S. Navy ships to support SSES training
Sitting for extended periods, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, standing
