Primary Function of Position:

  • Bring in Logistics expertise for solution design and project execution using SAP

  • Lead project implementations with responsibility of architecture designs and solution strategy

  • Work with ISI IT and business teams to optimize and streamline business processes and technical solutions

  • Establish which technologies to leverage in meeting customer requirements based upon product understanding, industry experience and industry standard frameworks/best practices.

  • Estimate IT projects and analyze the short and long-term impacts of various tactical options.

  • Deliver expert analysis and research in defining or designing business capabilities and processes.

  • Pursue ways to apply new technology to, and reuse current technology for, business processes.

  • Stay up to date of current technology trends both in the industry as a whole and with the applications deployed in the landscape.

  • Research and design implementation strategies for new and/or alternate technologies that will further business goals and provide competitive benefits.

  • Foster user adoption for current and new technologies

  • Mentor and guide other technical resources

  • Review and contribute to design document, configuration documents and functional specifications

  • Help business analyst in identifying the Integration testing and regression testing scenarios.

Qualifications
Skill/Job Requirements

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner

  • Strong portfolio of work demonstrating the ability to lead teams to deliver Logistics solutions.

  • Strong proficiency in business process analysis in Logistics, Trade compliance, warehousing and Transportation.

  • Strong focus on Order to Cash and Procure to Pay

  • Work on seamless integration with Logistic execution, warehouse management, shipping and transportation, cross functional knowledge is required

  • Work on optimal integration with external parties (e.g., lead logistic provider)

  • Minimum of 10 years designing and configuring SAP LE.

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in technology or equivalent experience in the relevant field

  • Must have SAP EHP8 experience. S/4 HANA experience preferred

  • Good Understanding in configuration of SAP TMS, SAP EWMS is preferred

  • Prior experience with global organizations and multi-language environments.

  • Medical devices computer systems validation (CSV) process knowledge is a must and have demonstrated experience of managing projects with Medical devices Part 11 compliance requirements.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, with ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical staff at all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
