As the Managing Director, Enterprise Services, you will be responsible to drive key business decisions, deliver on strategic initiatives and identify value-creation opportunities across the business. You will coordinate multiple teams and work closely with senior leadership from Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing and other functions to identify and solve complex business and technical problems. You will partner with Product Owners to develop strategies to establish and grow our products around the globe.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Mentor, grow and provide direction to the team of enterprise developers and administrators responsible for building and maintaining our business solutions, including MS Dynamics, Oracle HR, Salesforce and other integral 3rd-party applications
Prioritize projects and daily work for the team based on company goals, KPIs, stakeholder needs, resource constraints, and technical interdependencies
Accountable for day-to-day operations and performance of enterprise applications. Ensure comprehensive stability of infrastructure and applications. Proactively manage and deliver expected service levels to avoid business disruption
Manage vendor and contractor relations, negotiations, and procurement for assigned area(s)
Collaborate with fellow leaders on the strategic vision for Snagajob's technology platform and operational processes
Build strong relationships with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, HR and IT teams to ensure alignment and drive technology strategies and initiatives
Understand the business and technical dependencies that exist between and within business functions and systems
Support end user training and drive adoption of new systems
Partner with the Security team to ensure established security policies, standards and procedures are being executed across Snagajob's technology landscape
Identify opportunities to enhance manual business processes
Drive automation of legacy/manual systems and processes
Leverage machine learning/AI to enable Robotic Process Automation
REQUIREMENTS :
15+ years experience in Operations, IT, Finance, or Project Management
Experience with people management, ideally with prior experience within and supervising geographically distributed teams
Experience implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Capital Management (HCM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems or other large platforms managing business activities such as finance, accounting, procurement, project management, risk management and compliance
Excellent knowledge of common operational business process (ex, record to report)
Significant prior experience interfacing and liaising between business and technical teams to develop strategies, gather requirements, estimate projects and report progress.
Proven track record in deploying large scale technology solutions
Experience leading inter-organization change to increase efficiency through the implementation of technology
Knowledge of the software development process, including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development tools and technologies, release and version control, contemporary testing methodologies, and deployment management
Agile - Scrum/Kanban experience supporting both project development and support organization deliverables
Ability to develop and maintain credibility with executives, peers, stakeholders, and employees and articulate system nuances to users of all levels
Committed to perpetual improvement; actively explore, recommend, and implement improvements to Snagajob's business processes
Ability to negotiate and manage vendor relationships
