Iatric is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team!
As the Marketing Campaign Manager you will be responsible for helping develop, implement, and measure demand generation activities for products, services, and product launches. You will be a liaison between the product marketing manager and execution of the campaign, and be able to take a plan and project from concept to completion, utilizing writing and product resources. Ensure that marketing campaigns achieve their objectives. Work with the Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy to create, execute, and monitor performance of campaigns and provide all the resources required to meet sales targets.
What your impact will be:
Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business
Manage the implementation of marketing campaigns
Provide direction to the copywriter and graphic designer for campaigns and asset development
Take the defined strategy and develop a campaign calendar to meet set goals
Review campaign measurement and adjust plans according to results
Manage campaign components for outbound and inbound (emails, SEO, Social, advertising, sponsorships, tradeshow promotion, PPC
Implement, measure, report on integrated marketing activities and that promote lead generation, lead nurturing, opportunity development, and acquiring and retaining customers; leverage market research and CRM tools.
Manage the development of appropriate marketing lists. Manage the implementation, tracking, and measurement of marketing campaigns around a specific product/service.]
Act as Project Manager and perform necessary marketing tasks as needed to ensure successful marketing project/campaign completion. This includes building all aspects of campaigns in HubSpot. Work with writer and product owner to manage webinar development and marketing.
Oversee the development of marketing collateral material/ promotional materials/ website/ blogs/ customer communications/videos/speaking proposals/trade show content/success stories/press releases and other materials to support marketing campaigns. Brief and oversee the work of internal and external content providers and designers; work will be approved by Marketing Manager and Product Owner. Not responsible for content writing, detailed whitepapers or new positioning papers. Will be responsible for routing, review and final output of written materials.
Keep abreast of current trends pertaining to the product/service
Assist the Product Owner with customer engagement activities; manage customer activities such as user groups and advisory board logistics
Evaluate and report on effectiveness of campaigns and programs to determine ways to improve future campaigns.
What we are looking for:
Bachelors degree in communication, marketing, digital marketing or related fields
3+ years experience in marketing
Exceptional communication and project management skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Excellent skills in all Microsoft software applications, especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously
A good understanding of marketing trends
Strong problem-solving skills
What will make you stand out:
Knowledge of running B2B campaigns
Marketing experience in the Healthcare Information Technology industry
Experience with Hubspot and Salesforce.com a plus
Experience planning and implementing social media and digital communications

Ability to work from home office during business hours without interruption
DSL or cable modem high-speed internet accessibility from home office
Occasional overnight travel may be required
Valid Drivers License and personal vehicle
This position will be based out of Daytona, with opportunity to work virtually from home.
