Senior Business Control Specialist

**Job Description:**
The Senior Business Control Specialist is part of the SPI, Policy and Third Party Team. The team focuses on all aspects of risk management and business controls for the broad organization ensuring Single Process Inventory controls, processes and procedures are in place and are operating effectively. The team is responsible for central coordination of activities for Enterprise Process Management Procedure and associated Standards requirements/deliverables across Global Operations and with various teams to ensure all process, metric, control, exceptions reporting requirements and deliverable deadlines are met.
**Responsibilities Include:**
+ Single Process Inventory Support and Portfolio oversight
+ Participation in SPI Governance routines and support meeting minutes/document storage
+ Work w/ GBS Lead to ensure all governance TARs are completed and updated on the final governance agenda
+ Support Reports distribution as needed.
+ Enter POP enhancements on behalf of the team and track to closure
+ Enter UAT identified defects during upcoming releases and track to resolution or response received
+ Work with the SPI Team to create/update procedures
+ Maintain OpEx issues Tracker for discussion w/ the OpEx Team
+ Review new policy and program updates/highlight changes to the Team
+ Review Scorecard changes and inform the Team on performance
+ Support ad hoc SPI activities as needed
