Senior SD-WAN Network Engineer Access Networks - Core Technology Infrastructure

**Job Description:**
Senior SD-WAN network engineer and SME with a minimum of 5 years of experience with SD-WAN design and recommending engineering changes for all of our 5,000 branch locations. Responsible for continuous service improvement of this environment, both in terms of performance for the end users, and reduction in cost of support via automation.
**Required Skills:**
+ Current experience in SD-WAN design and engineering principles.
+ Understanding of WAN Technologies MPLS-E, MetroE, Leased Line, Broadband, Direct Internet Access (DIA), LTE.
+ Experience in a large enterprise environment designing and engineering solutions for several thousand network resources.
**Desired Skills:**
+ Hands on experience with Palo Alto Prisma/CloudGenix iON3K, iON9K or at least one of the leading SD-WAN solutions providers (Cisco, Versa, Fortinet, Citrix, etc.) doing solution design and engineering.
+ Experience in troubleshooting of complex network outages to aid our network operations teams as needed in the edge access network domain SD-WAN/switch/router and its dependent systems.
+ Automation software skills in support of network automation such as Ansible orchestration, Data modeling - YAML and JSON, Scripting Python.
+ Tunneling protocols SSL/TLS, IPDESC, GRE, DMVPN.
+ IP Routing BGP, OSPF, NAT, Static.
+ Network Security IPS/IDS, Zone Based Firewalls, Policy Based Routing.
+ Intermediate familiarity with Splunk.
+ Strong communication and presentation skills.

$54,900 - $145,000
annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
