We are looking for experienced Guidewire Claim Center Developers/ Senior Developers that are seeking a challenge, to join our talented and collaborative Information Technology team in order to support our existing investments and future solutions.The candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and support of application enhancements for the Guidewire Contact Manager and Claim Center System. This role supports production deployments and automation as well as actively manages monitoring, job control and production support. The selected candidate will work closely with the development lead and technical lead to provide input on application design. The position allows for hybrid schedule (3) days per week from either of our offices located in Sarasota, FL, Lawrenceville, GA, Richardson, TX or Indianapolis, IN. The remaining (2) days a week working remote.

Experience

Required

• * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related, NOTE: Relevant, progressively responsible work experience may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required education/exams.

• * Minimum of two to four years experience with Guidewire 8.0x Claim Center (Configuration or Integration) development; additional experience a plus

• * Solid experience with Java and/or open source framework development experience

• * Solid experience with Oracle DB, MS Sql Server, MySQL, MongoDB, or other database technology

• * Knowledge of professional software engineering practices including software development standards, peer reviews, build processes, testing and support

Preferred

• * Certification in Guidewire Configuration or Integration.

• * Experience in commercial Property and Casualty Insurance.
