The Regulatory Change Management team within Global Risk Technology consists of extremely talented engineers who develop industry leading risk management platforms that provide solutions for the proactive identification, management, and escalation of compliance risks throughout the company.



We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Software Engineer that will primarily focus on front-end development of a new Policy Change Management Portal comprising new capabilities and enhancements to existing applications that together will transform the end-to-end Enterprise Policy Change Management process in the Bank.



**Role Overview**



This role is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals.



Key responsibilities of the role include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.



This role codes solutions, unit tests, and ensures the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust, and well-tested interfaces.



**Required Skills and Experience we are Looking For:**



+ Strong experience developing applications using ReactJS, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, Node.js

+ Experience with Java and REST APIs

+ Experience with Lean Agile SDLC processes and deliverables

+ Independent worker with strong problem solving and analytical skills

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written). We work on global projects and the ability to communicate efficiently is paramount



**Desired Skills and Experience we are Looking For:**



+ knowledge of Compliance risk and its relationship to laws, rules, and regulations

+ Knowledge of Policy change management

+ Knowledge of low code tools such as MuleSoft, Camunda, Pega

+ Experience with relational databases

+ Knowledge of application security and standards
