**Role Summary**



This is an exciting opportunity to join the Inflammation and Immunology business unit and work on two critical brands for the Dermatology Franchise and Pfizer. CIBINQO, an oral JAK inhibitor for Atopic, is Pfizer's first JAK inhibitor in Dermatology. Eucrisa, a topical PDE-4 inhibitor, is Pfizer's anchor brand in Dermatology now in its 6th year post launch.



The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong decision-making skills, with a proven track record of success in working in a team-based environment, with multiple marketing and cross-functional partners. Previous sales, marketing, or payer experience is preferred.



This position will report to the US Dermatology Marketing VP and work closely with the Access Integration Lead.



**Role Responsibilities**



+ In partnership with Access Lead, lead the development of tactics and supplemental selling resources

+ Develop cost and coverage messages, designed to facilitate effective pull through and overall communication of formulary dynamics with HCPs and office staff

+ Lead market access field training sessions in collaboration with Brand Training manager

+ Lead Field Advisory Boards

+ Work with SAS colleagues to identify and implement initiatives to enable patient access

+ Work with Payer Marketer/PCA team to identify opportunities to address payer dynamics

+ Align stakeholders on key market access performance metrics

+ Ensure appropriate communication, integration and collaboration across Payer, Consumer and HCP strategy and tactical plans

+ Cibinqo and Eucrisa Budget Captain



**Qualifications**



+ BS/BA required, MBA preferred

+ 5 years of pharmaceutical experience required

+ Marketing and/or payer experience preferred

+ Demonstration of strategic and tactical marketing capabilities with proven creative and analytical skills

+ Experience developing and managing multi-faceted assets (POA execution, patient access programs)

+ Agency management experience; knows how to "get things done" at Pfizer

+ Ability to partner with cross-functional partners

+ Solid business acumen with excellent verbal and written communication skills for a wide variety of audiences, including senior management

+ Strong communication stills, analytical skills; detail oriented and action driven
