Strategy Finance Specialist

Job Description
Intel China strategy finance specialist works closely with Intel China country office and China BUs to define and execute strategies and mechanism that accelerate Intel's business growth in China and optimize the investment in China.
This role is a mixture of business partnership, portfolio, and strategic analysis with a high degree of visibility and regular engagement at a VP level. This role offers successful candidates an insight into a broad mix of groups at Intel each with unique business challenges and opportunities for Finance engagement. Due to the wide spectrum of business partners, this role offers visibility and networking across multiple groups at Intel.

The successful candidate must demonstrate very strong analytical, partnership, leadership and influence skills. In addition, the candidate must demonstrate the skills to communicate in a clear, concise manner to senior management, provide critical thinking, collaborate and cultivate relationships across Intel, and have a high tolerance for ambiguity while maintaining strong bias for action. The candidate is expected to demonstrate excellent teamwork/collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders, proven track record of delivering results in a highly matrixed environment.

Qualifications

� Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Business or Accounting or related field and minimal 10 years of related practical experience. MBA / ACCA / CPA is preferred.
� Requires advanced knowledge of the finance field with in-depth knowledge in one or more specialty areas and integrates the working knowledge of other professional disciplines.
� Requires experience with and thorough knowledge of business practices, financial systems, and procedures in order to perform non repetitive, advanced analytical work. This includes decision modeling with sensitivity analysis, and tornado charts, using deep learning analysis tools such as PowerBI and Python.
� Semiconductor industry background is preferred.
