Your Key Responsibilities
Ensure that monthly metric reporting is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Audit and assess existing suppliers. (SIA, SSA, SIP)
Responsible for defining and improving total quality for sustaining products and suppliers.
Work with SD Team to develop suppliers as per Schaeffler's SPS system
Support Schaeffler plants in quality escalation issues as needed
Your Qualifications
BS degree or equivalent experience
Experienced in all aspects of quality assurance, including IATF16949
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong PC expertise
Experienced in working with and leading cross-functional teams
Familiarity with world class manufacturing processes and supply chain management
