We are looking for a talented Thermal & Fluid System Engineer to join our team specializing in Engineering for our Corporate Business Unit in Columbus, IN or your approved Hybrid location. .
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Interpret and predict the performance of fluid and thermal systems.
Mitigate potential product failures.
Apply appropriate methods and tools to translate verifiable requirements to stakeholders.
Solve product problems exercising the protection of the customer.
Build partnerships and work collaboratively to meet shared objectives.
Develop and deliver multi-mode communications to different audiences.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
College, university, or equivalent bachelors degree in Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines required.
Prior entry level engineering equivalent work experience in a related discipline is required.
Inspect and track systems selected for testing as well as the failed parts associated with the test.
Support the start and execution of OBD demonstration tests, current production product change validation tests, and government audits in emissions test cells.
Proactively overcome roadblocks with calibration owners as they relate to OBD Demo progress.
SupportTest Lead engineer in the goal to deliver a finalized test results file to be handed off to OBD Lead engineer.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
