**Job Description:**
Enterprise Architecture & Engineering (EAE) is a growing department within the Global Technology division at Bank of America that is responsible for:
+ Improving the experience for our developers, making it easier to deliver industry-leading solutions, while managing work efficiently and with the right controls.

+ Reducing risk and improving quality across our technology portfolio by aligning to a single enterprise architecture strategy and delivering governance that enables consistency, integration, and automation.
**Key Responsibilities include the following:**
+ Identification and coordination of new policies, standards, processes and controls owned and managed by the Enterprise Architecture and Engineering team for adherence by Global Technology.
+ Oversee maintenance activities and governance routines, related to the EAE Portfolio.
+ Support the maintenance of process inventory records, including the development and submission of appropriate change requests through Process Governance.
+ Engage Process, Control and Metric Owners to review process, control, and metric performance for processes owned by EAE and for processes on which EAE is a performing ERH.
+ Monitor and review with processes owners the responses to process challenges, update of metric data and performance commentary in the system of record.
**Support EAE-Risk and SPI Leads as appropriate in the following:**
+ Completion of Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSA) or other process or business control assessments.
+ Escalation of risk and the remediation of issues or Audit findings.
+ Support of internal and external audits and exams with a focus on the EAE SPI inventory and the metrics that monitor process performance.
+ Alignment of Op Losses & SIAIs to the EAE processes.
+ Oversight of process and control owner attestation.
+ Policy/Standard Annual Reviews.
**Required Skills**
+ Knowledge of Business Control specific functions or Operational Risk management and Risk framework.
+ Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Solid presentation and communication skills at the executive level (written and verbal).
+ Strong analytical abilities know how to use data to communicate the business story.
**Desired Skills**
+ Ability to work across multiple lines of business to orchestrate cohesive risk & controls oversight and process management.
+ Quickly connect the dots to identify and perform thematic analysis.
+ Strong relationship management skills candidate will need to navigate through the complexities of establishing relationships with horizontal partners, stretching up and across multiple organizations.
+ Strategic thinker, self-starter, organized, versatile, and capable of performing work with minimal management oversight.
+ Proven ability to manage and drive/lead execution of multiple and often competing priorities to meet deadlines and adhere with policies and standards. Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, shaping the opinions and actions of key stakeholders and gaining their trust.

**Jersey City pay range:**
$113,700 - $167,000
annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
**Discretionary incentive eligible**
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
