Overview of North America (NA) Marketing + Communications


The North America Marketing + Communications team shapes and activates marketing and communications strategies across the marketing lifecycle that fuel growth for Accentures $20B+ North American market (United States and Canada). Its cross-functional team drives category brand positioning in the North American market, curates end-to-end client experiences to drive the local growth agenda, empowers and positions Accentures leaders, and engages and inspires the companys North American people, recruits and alumni. Working as part of the global Accenture Industry Analyst Relations (IAR) team, this position is responsible for managing analyst report submissions to support the marketing and communications activities related to our AR program for Accenture. This role serves as Industry Analyst Relations Content Manager and will:

+ Project manage the Analyst report submission process from start to finish working collaboratively with the broader IAR team

+ Will work independently with minimal supervision and guidance

+ Lead working sessions with key stakeholders

+ Review new RFI requests and create first draft based on prior RFI responses

+ Provide advice to business & marketing stakeholders on the best response content for a strong positioning

+ Govern messaging & style consistency ensure messaging is aligned to the overall Accenture strategy and story. Manage version control. QA, edit and proofread

+ File new content for reuse in future reports. Actively manage a database/tool that captures all AR responses and submissions

+ Maintain best practice processes and roles

+ Work closely with marketing teams to gather case studies and with senior account leads to manage client references

+ Leverage and manage tools used by marketing and Analyst Relations

+ Work with business leads to prepare for AR briefings

+ As a senior member of the team, responsibility will also include coaching and mentoring of other AR content managers







Resource may be involved in:

+ Coordinating communications and meetings as needed

+ Gathering details, evaluating and determining best strategic approach

+ Maintaining databases and progress trackers as well as reporting

+ Participating in regular calls and knowledge sharing sessions

+ Contributing to presentations for different parts of the business






Basic Qualifications:

+ Minimum of 3 years experience in a content management role e.g. RFP responses, content development for IAR requests, collateral development

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or a process-oriented environment

+ Minimum of 3 years working with Industry Analysts or with an IAR function or Market Research






Professional Skills:

+ A self-starter

+ Excellent storytelling, writing and editing skills

+ Understanding of the client story process in a B2B environment

+ Goal oriented with strong energy and perseverance to get things done

+ The ability to adapt to changing timelines and tight deadlines

+ The ability to take good instruction, ask sensible clarification questions and present solutions

+ A clear communicator with an unflustered style and collaborative nature

+ Ability to navigate a complex organization

+ Flexibility in order to accommodate pre-scheduled global meetings, across all geographies

+ Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian






As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $100,400 - $169,800 and information on benefits offered is here.
