The objective of this position is to manage the delivery of art and metadata localization packages for worldwide territories. This person will be a point of contact for titles within a specific workflow, overseeing and working with various internal departments, vendors & territory offices in order to provide order alignment, vendor management for asset creation and final delivery to Disney Streaming and Hotstar. This job holder will meet negotiated milestone dates for their assigned titles by proactively identifying issues early in production. In addition, this job holder will need to propose solutions to issues and roadblocks that occur during production.
This is a full time supplemental project position.
Responsibilities:
+ Manage incoming orders which are serviced/localized in up to 28 languages worldwide
+ Issue and track delivery of DOT orders with preferred vendors
+ Manage preferred vendors to maintain deadlines and ensure DMED specs are being met
+ Work with internal partners to ensure dates for OV artwork are met, as well as, coordinating efforts on AMP readiness and delivery
+ Validate and certify readiness of requested artwork and metadata prior to packaging
+ Maintain an AMP window cadence of 30-days or greater, unless otherwise approved
+ Track rejections or fixes requested by the platform partner or territory via JIRA, ensure issues are addressed based on the agreed upon SLA
+ Create/gather & maintain regular metrics on production performance
+ Works within the team to define or adjust SOP documentation
+ Maintains working knowledge of multiple systems used for creation and delivery of art and metadata packages
+ Ensure thorough, accurate & timely completion of assignments
+ Support workstream through project management, asset prep facilitation, ordering and remediation
+ Act as a liaison to local territory offices, internal and external clients and vendors
+ Maintain effective communication with management
+ Orchestrates and prioritizes package delivery requests based on stakeholder input
Basic Qualifications:
+ Project Management experience (Minimum 3 yrs)
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Working knowledge of supply chain process (Preferred)
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Slack (Preferred)
+ International Territory/Market experience (Preferred)
+ Digital Media and Distribution experience (Preferred)
+ Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills (Preferred)
Education: Bachelor degree from an accredited institution in a relevant subject or equivalent amount of professional experience
