As a storyteller, Prudentials marketing team is at the heart of business strategy and campaign development. Timeline:
The internship program will run from Monday, June 5th, 2023, to Friday, August 11th, 2023.

Your Day to Day:
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Planning, laying out and preparing graphic design work for inclusion in product brochures, displays, web applications, presentations, slides, proposals, technical manuals, and similar graphics applications
Reviewing projects for quality, accuracy, and completeness
Preparing files for image setting, potential to work outside vendors
Under guidance, drafting copy for various types of promotional, financial, and or internally focused copy materials and other written or verbal speeches communication
Ensuring that copy complies with corporate standards, effectively communicates the desired message, and meets project specifications
Analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures; solving a range of straightforward problems independently
You will be empowered to contribute in a meaningful way, add new value to organization initiatives and effect change. Your placement within Creative Internship Program will be in one of the following areas:
Design
The design team is responsible for producing inspired, visually appealing content that serves our broader marketing strategy. This means consciously shaping the look and feel of Prudentials brand.
Video
The video team uses videos to promote and market our various products and services to increase engagement on digital and social channels. This team offers a way to educate our customers through motion.
Copy
The copy team is responsible for using words to introduce products, tell a story, or explain features of Prudentials offered services. The team focuses on inspiring and giving Prudentials brand a voice through words in partnership with the design and video teams.
Required Qualifications:
Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelors program graduating between December 2023 and May 2025
Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position. Successful candidates must possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration
Preferred majors include Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, UX Design, Product Development, Audiovisual Communication Technologies, and/or related fields of study
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience with Microsoft Office applications, Adobe XD & Creative Cloud, Smartsheet, Miro, UserZoom, Medallia a plus (if you have sample work, be prepared to share)
Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with team members
Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
