This role supports the governance, implementation, and deployment of the Data Quality Solution and Environments Readiness for the PepsiCo Global Template (PGT). The objective of this role is to ensure that Data Converted to SAP is successful and adheres to global standards across concurrent market deployment execution, and to ensure the adoption and adherence to PepsiCo Methodology principles for PGT sector/market deployment projects, while also providing oversight to ensure consistency across PGT project planning. This role will Manage the overall Technical Data Quality Strategy and Environment Readiness, ways of working across Global, Sector, and Local teams, and all tools and applications to be used to deliver conversion and data quality through the sector/market. The role will define Global Data Accelerators, Process, Template, Strategy, and Standard Approach for data quality delivery that will be leveraged by sectors for Market Deployments, and will deliver the technical framework, leveraging multiple components of the common data Framework (CDF) to deliver a standardized, repeatable process that supports the legacy-to-SAP data conversion/migration and data quality process. This role collaborates with multiple teams, including functional, IT, service providers, value stream, and integrators to provide subject matter expertise in the delivery of conversion and data quality strategy. In addition, this role will establish consistent procedure and structure for the onboarding of sector teams, defining Standards to be adhered to by conversion and data quality teams. This role will influence sector and market level data team staffing, and will provide all sector data conversion and data quality estimates. Additionally, this role will assist in defining architecture, efficiencies, and enhancements for the Global Data Quality application suite, and will provide input on guidance into data quality sector project planning. This role will provide on-site leadership during critical project timeframes, and will assist local and global projects on the use of the Global Data Quality Solution. Deliver the strategies, tools, governance and process of Data Quality Delivery to Sector Data Teams Deliver High Quality Data that meets PGT design to ensure operational and reporting upon conversion into MDG, S/4 Direct Management of Technical Resources to Delivery Global Data Quality Applicatio Indirect Management of Technical sector data resources, across all sectors (currently EW1, PBNA, FL and EW2) for - DQ Solution, Reconciliation and Leadership Reports via onshore, offshore and hub resources. Resolution of issues, escalations from people and development to enable successful delivery of Data Quality Application and Sector Data GDQ SME for all levels from analysts to peers to senior management and executives.
