**Responsibilities:**
+ Extensive experience coordinating, and organizing remote / global teams in a collaborative environment
+ Take a leading role in the architecture and design efforts and oversee the development work with external development partners
+ Take a leading role in developing technical strategies for development of the software (for e.g. sanity of the system, upgrades, etc.)
+ Hands-on experience with relevant technical concepts; able to effectively use them in planning and decision-making with occasional technical guidance
+ Experienced of building reusable framework for consuming and providing REST APIs using Spring/Spring boot/ Java/ Node.js / Swagger
+ Experienced in developing, leading, and coaching teams in the following areas:
+ Angular or another JavaScript (Vue, React) framework is a must.
+ Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
+ Unit test coverage tools such as Junit, Mockito, Jasmine
+ Experienced with Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD)
+ Experienced in leading, development, and deploying of cloud-based applications.
+ Possess a high energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness, and an ability to work well under pressure
+ Rapidly adapt and respond to changes and ability to effectively prioritize technical tasks across teams.
+ Experienced in presenting to and managing expectations with senior management
+ Train and mentor team members on continual basis.
+ Manage client interaction and expectations for multiple or large-scale deliverables.
+ Serve as key participant in senior management meetings.
+ Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

**Qualifications:**
+ A minimum of 15 years of experience managing software development projects.
+ ATM experience mainly with delivery and deployment of the software on ATM.
+ Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
+ Experience in making clear and concise architectural decisions for software applications
+ Relationship and consensus building skills
