Delivery Lead, Core Technology Infrastructure

**Job Description:**
This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program. Key responsibilities include communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the clients expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost. They facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery.
The Markets Application Production Services (MAPS) group works closely with the business and provides application support. The group closely interacts with the development and infrastructure teams to manage all changes to the production environment. MAPS has a strong focus on operational excellence and process improvement.
The successful candidate will join a global Service Management team based in several locations across APAC, EMEA and AMRS with a mandate to drive stability while managing Enterprise Mandated Data Center Isolation Exercises.
**As a member of the MAPS Service Management Horizontal team the candidate will be required to:**
Oversee all activities related Data Center Isolation Exercises.
Establish and oversee informational forums to disseminate requirements for Data Center Isolation Exercises.
Work with Development & Support functions to ensure all in scope applications are properly dispositioned and have appropriate exercise coverage.
Provide Exercise status updates to Sr. Mgmt. throughout the Exercise along with Best Practices and Lessons Learned.
**Required Skills:**
+ Analytical skills (logical/critical thinking).
+ Have experience in IT in investment banking environment
+ Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing skills
+ Strong verbal and written communications
+ Proactive, has initiative, diligent and hardworking and willing to learn
+ A good team player but also able to work independently with strong problem-solving skills and work well in matrix management environments
+ Ability to partner with multiple diverse teams to drive project success
+ Excellent executive level communication skills both verbal and written, ability to complete post incident reports, take effective minutes
+ Disciplined and organized to ensure timely organization of meetings and regular updates to key stakeholders
**Desired Skills:**
+ Very strong analytical skills; in-depth, hands-on experience in investment banking background
+ Must be able to communicate crisp and clear from a verbal and written perspective.
+ Ability to partner with development and support teams across different regions.
+ Proven background in facilitation of group meetings and conference calls.
+ Data analytics in Excel including pivot tables.

**Jersey City pay range:**
$58,200 - $144,300
annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
