**Job Description:**
**Required Skills**
+ Experience putting together high and low level design documents and working with project teams to drive out design based on business requirements.
+ Solution delivery process Understands the roles and responsibilities of other teams who participate in the SDLC.
+ Analytical Thinker demonstrate the ability to identify root causes to solve complex problems in highly unstable solutions.
+ Promotes Collaboration with own team and across team.
+ Ability to identify risks and dependencies and the impact on the business and technology.
+ SME on bank standards and best practices with continuous integration and continuous deployment.
+ Minimum 10+ years of experience in DB Technologies.
+ Experience in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL queries, Procedures, Shell script, Unix, Autosys
+ Experience in automation and enterprise tools like Splunk, Sitescope
+ Working knowledge of ITSM / ITIL processes with strong production support mind-set
+ Scheduling tools (Autosys), Shell scripts on Linux/AIX, IBM MQ Series.
+ Writing SQL Statements, Triggers, and Stored procedures for database transactions in Oracle.
+ Working with different operation systems (Linux, AIX, Windows).
+ Quick learner and self-starter who requires minimal supervision to excel in a dynamic environment.
**Desired Skills**
Prior banking/finance experience of working with globally distributed teams.
Prior Scrum / Safe or Lean agile development experience.
Works independently, with limited direction, and is evaluated through end results.
Interacts efficiently with internal contacts/teams to drive through the solution and solve problems.
Strong communication skills; proactively bring forward concerns.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
