**Job Description:**



Works with risk management and other team members to uncover and remediate data governance gaps for compliance to Enterprise Data Management Standards. C



arries out ongoing reviews and maintenance of internal/enterprise data inventories for reports, models, assets, process, risks, and controls.



Develops Data Lineage to capture and provide insights on the full data domain scope and flows.



Identifies, plans, and executes on opportunities to source data from Authorized Data Sources (ADS) to comply with enterprise data sourcing requirements.



Ensures that the team produces regulatory and economic risk capital reports and data inputs respectively.



Assists in finding, documenting, and resolving GRM data issues and risks, including development of timing and resolution plan.



Strong finance, risk or compliance background with quantitative skills preferred.



Role Responsibilities:

Ensuring information is accurately represented in the appropriate Governed Report Inventory system of record.

Serve as ultimate accountable party for owned reports, which includes ensuring report submissions conform with regulator instructions and are sent to regulatory agencies in an accurate, complete, and timely manner; and in accordance with the Governed Report Inventory (GRI) governance model.

Support in identifying, escalating, and remediating data incidents for prepared reports, utilizing Incident Management tools such as eDIM/JIRA

Support DSE/DME accountabilities including but not limited to: EDM/GRM adherence reporting, RDA attestations/assessments, ADS Adoption, and EDM, EDA, Audit, Compliance, and regulatory mandates.

Demonstrates the ability to translate Regulatory Reporting Requirements to Business and Data Requirements.

Reviewing and maintaining reporting processes, risks, and controls in SPI.

Demonstrating the execution of fit-for-use with report data providers, and document lineage of underlying data (DQC/Collibra)

Assisting and supporting EDMG testing related to Report Preparer accountabilities.



Qualifications:

Risk Management experience (e.g. Financial, Credit, Market,) and/or Data Management experience.

3-5 years of experience applying Enterprise Data Management Standards Adherence principles

Experience developing program management status reporting (e.g. data adherence, ADS development) and operational metrics (e.g. issues, data quality, process performance, ADS adoption).

Experience defining, developing, and implementing business processes and procedures.

Excellent project management, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; strong attention to detail and accuracy



Technical/Other:

Database skills Experience with SQL preferred, Ability to join tables, use aggregate/analytic functions and correlated sub-queries a plus.

Experience working in an Agile or Agile-like environment a plus

Data tools (TOAD, Alteryx, Collibra, Informatica, SAS) and issue management tools (eDIM, Jira) a plus

Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Micro Strategy). BI tool development a plus.

Willingness to work both collaboratively and independently and share universally

Ability to read a well-defined rule or standard and apply it

**Jersey City pay range:**



$90,000 - $130,000

annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
